Apply to join
Fill out a short form. We review your application within 48 hours. There is no minimum traffic, follower count, or revenue requirement. If you know people who need WordPress work, you qualify.

Make an introduction
Introduce your contact to Mineweb by email, or send them your unique referral link. We track all referrals and make sure you get credit for every introduction you make.

We close the project
We handle the sales process, scoping, and proposal. You stay out of it or stay involved, whatever works for you. We keep you updated on the status of your referral.

Get paid
When the project kicks off and the first payment is received, we pay your referral fee within 30 days. Bank transfer or PayPal. No waiting until the project is complete.

Commission structure
What you earn.
First referral: 10%
On your first successful referral, you earn 10% of the total project value, with no cap on project size, a $20,000 project pays $2,000. A $5,000 project pays $500.
Repeat referrals: 7%
For every subsequent referral from the same affiliate, you earn 7% of the project value. Refer five clients a year and you have a meaningful additional income stream.
Recurring projects: ongoing
If your referral becomes a maintenance client or comes back for additional projects, we pay referral fees on each new project, not just the first one. Long-term clients earn you long-term commissions.

Questions about the program.
We give you a unique referral link and a referral code. When you make an introduction by email, CC us or forward the thread so we have a record. If someone contacts us after clicking your link, tracking handles it automatically. When in doubt, just let us know in advance that you’re making the introduction.
We track referrals for 12 months. If someone you referred signs a contract within a year of the introduction, you earn the fee. Sales cycles vary. We don’t penalize you for a client who takes time to decide.
Any WordPress or WooCommerce project we take on through your referral: new site builds, redesigns, migrations, speed optimization, maintenance contracts, security work. Minimum project value is $1,500. One-hour fixes and small tasks don’t qualify, but almost everything else does.
That is between you and your contact. We recommend transparency, most people don’t mind knowing you earn a fee for introductions, and it doesn’t affect what they pay us. We charge the same rates regardless of how the client found us.
Yes. Affiliates can mention that they refer clients to Mineweb and include their referral link on their website or in their content. We do ask that you represent our services accurately and don’t make guarantees we haven’t made. We’ll provide a short description of what we do that you can use.
