Before and after PageSpeed scores guaranteed
Your WordPress site is slow. We know exactly why.
Slow load times cost you rankings, sessions, and sales. We find every performance problem on your site and fix it systematically. Not with a caching plugin. With real performance engineering.
Google uses page speed as a ranking factor. Your visitors use it as a reason to leave.
Our approach
A site that takes more than 3 seconds to load loses over half its visitors before they even see your homepage. Google’s Core Web Vitals are now a direct search ranking signal, a slow site doesn’t just frustrate people, it actively hurts where you show up.
We’ve audited hundreds of WordPress sites and the problems are almost always the same: too many plugins loading scripts on every page, unoptimized images, no real caching strategy, and hosting that can’t handle even moderate traffic.

What we do
Every layer of WordPress performance, covered.
A caching plugin alone won’t get you to 90+ PageSpeed. Real optimization touches every layer of your site.
Server-Side Performance
PHP version upgrade, server caching (Redis or object cache), database query optimization, and switching to a performance-grade hosting environment if needed.
CSS and JavaScript Optimization
Minification, combining files, deferring non-critical JS, removing unused CSS, and eliminating render-blocking resources that slow your First Contentful Paint.
Image Optimization
Converting images to WebP, lazy loading offscreen images, properly sizing images for each device, and setting up a CDN so images load from a server close to your visitor.
CDN Setup
Cloudflare or Bunny.net CDN configuration so your site loads fast for visitors in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and everywhere in between. DNS, cache rules, and SSL included.
Core Web Vitals
LCP, INP, and CLS, the three metrics Google uses as ranking signals. We fix the specific causes behind each failing score, not just the score itself.
Plugin Audit
Most WordPress sites have 15-30 plugins, many loading scripts on pages where they’re not used. We audit every plugin, remove dead weight, and consolidate functionality where possible.

Our process
How we approach a speed optimization project.
Performance audit
01
We run your site through Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, and Chrome DevTools. We document every issue with a priority ranking and estimated impact.
Baseline scores
02
We record your starting scores across desktop and mobile for all key metrics: LCP, CLS, FCP, TTFB, and overall PageSpeed score. That becomes your before snapshot.
Systematic fixes
03
We work through every issue on staging, server, image, CSS, JS, caching, CDN. We don’t touch your live site until all fixes are tested and verified.
After scores and report
04
You get a complete before/after performance report with scores for every metric. Most clients see their PageSpeed mobile score go from 30-50 to 85-95.

Why Choose Us
Pricing
What speed optimization costs.
A standard WordPress speed optimization project starts at $799 for a site with up to 20 pages. Larger sites, e-commerce stores, and sites that need a hosting migration are priced individually. Either way, you get a fixed quote after a free review of your site, and before-and-after scores in writing. No hourly billing that adds up to a surprise invoice.

A standard WordPress speed optimization project starts at $799 for a site with up to 20 pages. Larger sites, e-commerce stores, or sites requiring hosting migration are priced individually. We provide a fixed quote after reviewing your site, no hourly billing that adds up to a surprise invoice.
We target 90+ on desktop and 85+ on mobile for most sites. Whether we hit those exact numbers depends on what your site is built on and whether you’re willing to switch hosting if needed. We’ll tell you realistically what’s achievable before we start, and we document before and after scores in writing.
We do all work on a staging copy first. You review and approve everything before we touch the live site. Visual changes from optimization are almost always invisible, the only noticeable difference is that things load faster.
Caching plugins help, but they’re one piece of a much larger puzzle. If your images aren’t optimized, your JavaScript is render-blocking, your server response time is poor, or your hosting environment is undersized, a caching plugin won’t fix those things. We look at the complete picture.
Not always. But if you’re on shared hosting or a host with poor server response times, the performance ceiling is low no matter what else we do. We’ll tell you upfront if your hosting is a bottleneck. If a switch is needed, we’ll handle the migration as part of the project.
It’s a fixed fee based on your site’s size and current state, quoted after a quick review. Most sites are a flat-rate optimization pass; large or complex sites are scoped individually. You approve the number first.
It varies, but most sites we optimize see load times cut by half or more and Core Web Vitals move from failing to passing. We measure before and after so the improvement is concrete, not a vague promise.
Usually a mix: unoptimized images, too many or heavy plugins, no caching, bloated page-builder output, render-blocking scripts, and slow hosting. We diagnose the specific causes on your site rather than applying generic fixes.
No. Optimization is under the hood, images, caching, code, and hosting. The site looks the same; it just loads faster. If we ever suggest a visible change for a big speed win, we clear it with you first.
Yes, both. Core Web Vitals are a Google ranking factor, and faster sites convert better because visitors don’t abandon slow pages. Speed work often pays for itself in rankings and revenue.
We have a solution for all your challenges.
