Started by developers who were tired of watching clients get burned by generalist agencies.
The pattern was always the same. A business hires a full-service digital agency for their WordPress site. The agency assigns their least-experienced developer. Timelines slip, the build is over-budget, and six months after launch the site is already falling apart.
We started Mineweb to fix that. One platform, deep expertise, and a process that respects the client’s time and money. Every person on our team works in WordPress every single day. We’ve seen every edge case, solved every type of problem, and built every kind of site on this platform.

Fixed-price, scope-first
Before we start, we define exactly what we’re building. Fixed price for the agreed scope. If the scope changes, we discuss it first and quote the change separately. No surprise invoices.
Staging before live
Every project is built on a staging environment that you can access and review. Nothing touches your live site until you’ve approved it, so launch day holds no surprises.
We tell you when you don't need something

Response times agreed with you
Your response time follows the service level agreed for your project or maintenance plan. We explain the response window before work starts and keep you informed.
We stay after launch
