Our commitment
Mineweb Inc wants everyone to be able to use mineweb.io, regardless of ability or the technology they browse with. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the same standard we implement for clients through our ADA/WCAG compliance service.
What we've implemented
- Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading order on every page
- Full keyboard operability for navigation, menus, and interactive elements, with visible focus states
- Color contrast meeting WCAG AA ratios for text and interactive elements
- Text that scales to 200% without loss of content or function
- Descriptive link text and labeled form fields throughout
- Reduced reliance on color alone to convey information
- No auto-playing media, flashing content, or motion that can’t be paused
Known limitations
Some decorative SVG illustrations are marked as presentational rather than described in detail. Third-party embeds (such as fonts loaded from Google) are outside our direct control but chosen with accessibility in mind. We review the site against WCAG criteria on an ongoing basis, and each review fixes issues found in the previous one.
