Client snapshot
A premium custom home builder in coastal Florida, serving affluent homeowners, architects, and design partners. Their differentiator was never the photos: it was BIM/3D precision, pile foundations, stormwater engineering, salt-air material choices, and full-time supervision on lots most builders won’t touch. None of that was visible in their marketing. The client is named in private presentations; here they stay anonymous by agreement.
The problem
Luxury buyers don't want more posts. They want proof of process.
In high-ticket custom building, the buyer’s silent questions are about risk: can you handle my lot, my permits, my timeline, my complexity? A feed of finished-house glamour shots answers none of them, and looks like every competitor’s feed. The builder needed content that proved engineering competence to an audience of skeptical, wealthy buyers and the architects who advise them.
What we built
A jobsite-driven engine: strategy, research, and scripts.
- Content strategy and research built around active jobsites, not a blank calendar
- A project questionnaire system: problem → solution → proof → publish permission, run monthly with the client's team
- 20+ video scripts and shooting/editing briefs: 10+ long-form videos and 30+ Shorts produced from them
- Content calendars, QA, and publishing coordination, scaling up to 32 pieces in a peak month
- A new WordPress website to receive the audience the content built
The subject matter wrote itself once the system existed: how you drive piles on a coastal lot, why stormwater design decides a floor plan, what salt air does to the wrong materials. The buyers this content is for don’t scroll past that, because it’s the exact competence they’re trying to verify before a seven-figure commitment.
The results
5.1 million impressions later, the process is the brand.
Internal reporting documented 5.1M+ YouTube impressions and 35k engagements, one Short passing 750,000 views, several Facebook posts approaching 500k combined reach, and more than 1,100 new subscribers from a single post. For a luxury builder whose entire sales motion runs on trust and referrals, that is not vanity reach: it is thousands of local, affluent viewers repeatedly watching proof of competence before they ever call.
Honest attribution, because that’s how we work: Mineweb owned the strategy, research, scripts, briefs, QA, and the website. Filming was done by the client’s in-house videographer, and final video production by a production partner. Great results in this industry are a relay, and we’re precise about which legs we ran.
The transferable lesson
Your best content already exists on the job site. The system that captures it, a questionnaire, a script, a brief, and a calendar, is what turns finished work into an audience. That’s exactly what our content marketing productizes.
